The fifth anniversary of the hit vehicular soccer game Rocket League is this week, and in order to celebrate, developer Psyonix is announcing a two-week-in-game event that will feature a ton of new stuff for players to experience.

In a new post on the Xbox Wire, Psyonix's Editorial Manager Max Parker went into detail on some of the new events, including the ability for players to start earning Balloons, which they can then redeem for lolga.com Psyonix and Rocket League-themed items in the game's Event Store. Players can earn balloons by playing Online Matches, and some of the prizes in the store include new wheels, a party horn boost, and some special remixed items from the history of Rocket League.
