We'll start with the blockbuster transaction. The Giants exchanged a world-class wide receiver for Mut 24 Coins Cleveland for the 2019 first-round selection (17th overall), a 2019 third-round selection and safety Jabrill Peppers. (Btw another player in exchange for player trade! Yay.)Denard Robinson, Offensive weapon, Jacksonville Jaguars
The title of offensive weapon is enough to make Denard Robinson an intriguing player to watch during training camp. The Jaguars labeled their fifth-round pick as such because his former Michigan quarterback declared himself an offensive weapon in minicamp team meetings. Robinson is a shrewd player with plenty of movement in an open field and the vision to be a strong football player with the Jaguars. The coaching staff must to come up with an innovative way to employ his skills, but that's what makes Robinson such an intriguing case study.
Tharold Simon, cornerback, Seattle Seahawks
Tharold Simon was quite a dreadful player in his final season at LSU. A tough cornerback with the ability to play coverage for the press, Simon was constantly exposed because of his slow feet and fluid hips. Lucky for him that the Seahawks appreciate big, muscular cornerbacks. Was Simon's final season at LSU an indication of his talent, or can the Seahawks figure out a way to mold him into a formidable coverman as they have others?
