How to choose COB LED light strips?

1. First look at the COB light strip bottom plate, the one with electroplated holes, and the one with higher thickness and toughness is a double-sided electroplated plate. Moreover, the base plate is thinner and softer, and it is not resistant to bending and pressing. The die-cut board is easy to damage the lamp beads during installation. Comparing the two plates, the copper content of the double-sided electroplated plate reaches , which is more resistant to high temperature, has better heat dissipation and conductivity, and has lower high pressure. The quality of the base plate is the first important factor affecting the service life of the light strip.

2. Look at the COB light strip lamp beads, and compare them from the color rendering and density of the lamp beads. Of course, the higher the color rendering, the better. Generally, the color rendering of COB light strips is not high. If you want to have a color rendering of more than 97, choose a full-spectrum COB light strip. The conventional 320 lamp bead COB light strip can still see the granularity when you look closely. Choose a denser 420 bead, and the light continuity is better and more comfortable.

3. Look at the sealing and covering process of the COB light strip. The light-transmitting glue on the COB light strip should choose a good pure color glue with good toughness and higher arc. The edge process of making white edges on both sides can make the light more focused and have high luminous efficiency. The light from a good covering compound is softer, while the light dispersion of such a flat compound is relatively large, the light output efficiency is low, and the dew on the lamp beads inside is more obvious.

4. Look at the color temperature of the COB light strip: Choose a color temperature suitable for the application scenario, such as warm white light (2700K-3000K), neutral white light (4000K-5000K) or cold white light (5000K-6500K).
