In the past, there were only announcements about improvements to the game's modes NBA 2K MT. Seasons in MyTeam and MyCareer give players goals to aim for and things to unlock. On the other hand, in City mode, athletes are able to branch out from their basketball career and join the music or fashion industries. In the City, NBA 2K23 is only available on current-genconsoles, while last-gen will feature it as a 2K Cruise.
