I mean whether any monster is RS gold like level 2 you don't pray for it, and for most rangers sporting above tier 7 you should beg, mages yeah likely, melee warriors strike obscenely as soon as they get katagon so yes, pickaxes hit like hell so yes, brutes... meh.

Making nature runes is a profit(iirc), so yes that is enough. Whatever you do not take it off since it protects you from the hood protected creatures, always pile the mage. What are monster's weaknesses in dungeoneering? Please be as detailed as you can.

This all depends what you are doing are you training your own strength? I will assume you're using Slayer as it gives great exp, if thats the case then try and get a Black Mask/Slayer Helmet, Bandos Chestplate/Fighter Torso, Bandos Tassets. If you cant manage the tassets then of course just get some normal platelegs.
For boots get some Dragon Boots, gloves strive for Barrows Glvoes or if you cant get them a combat bracelet. Amulet there is 2 chocies, a fury in case you have the money or a decoration if you are short on money. To get a cape there are too many options, simply get the best you can. If you're training strength the single best thing you will need is that a dragon guardian - this is your priority!
Can you sell it back to afford a skill level goal such as 85 herblore? No. - Presuming he has no funds to start with, there is nothing to market back. Would you earn more $ at the hrs spent to receive it? Yes. - There is no way you'd have the ability to earn enough money for BCP in the time necessary to get a torso.
