Recent installments of the FC 25 Coins franchise have been heavily criticized for not focusing more time and effort towards the offline game modes that first made the franchise as big as it is today. Before the addition of Ultimate Team, FIFA seemingly ensured that Career Mode was fresh with every title, but recently, it seems as if that focus has shifted to other modes. With FC 25 around the corner, gamers may likely be wondering if there will be any more additions than those introduced in FC 25.
FC 25 ‘s career mode added the Create-A-Club option that proved to be a much-needed breath of fresh air. Gamers could now create a new team, fill it with talented stars, and rise through the ranks to make it a historic team, competing for the top trophies every season. While Create-A-Club did so well in shaking up the franchise, it left some room for improvement and expansion for upcoming releases like the anticipated FC 25.
Back in FIFA ‘08. Career Mode had a feature that let gamers pick a sponsor at the start of the season that would assign certain objectives for the team. The incentive was to increase the budget to purchase players and bring in more star quality to a FIFA team. In FC 25. however, this sponsorship feature no longer exists; instead, gamers create their team‘s kit without the iconic shirt sponsor featured on the front. It makes the kits feel empty and lacks a certain, needed realism.
Adding the sponsorship feature back can improve the look of the stadium and add a lot more depth to the Create-A-Club game mode, as well as other offline Career Mode options. Gamers would have to focus their efforts on main objectives, set by the board of directors, but also the objectives set by the sponsors which could be more aligned with buy EA FC 25 Coins shirt sales and bringing in more recognizable talent.
