The mixed flow centrifugal pump overcomes the inherent shortcomings of the traditional submersible sewage pump, and has the characteristics of novel structure and reliable performance. Its battleship-like shape, its unique oil-lubricated mechanical seal structure, non-clogging vanes, replaceable liner, easy maintenance design and advanced Bauer devices make this series the standard model for a new generation of sewage pumps.
Adaptation:
1. Rainwater and general sewage;
2. Municipal sewage works, construction sites, and drainage stations of civil air defense systems;
3. Industrial wastewater such as light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical industry, electricity, mining, etc.;
4. Sewage discharge in residential areas;
5. Sewage and sediment in the water purification system;
6. Tanning industry, slaughterhouse sewage, river pond breeding industry;
7. Wine industry and sugar industry;
8. Sewage discharge that is not highly corrosive but has been seriously polluted.
Conditions of Use:
1. Liquid temperature: 0 ℃~40 ℃, medium density ≤1.2×10 3 kg/m 3 , pH value 5~9;
2. The volume ratio of solids in the medium is less than or equal to 2%;
3. Large particle diameter: SP-3 63mm; SP-4/SP-6 76mm;
4. Ambient temperature: ≤40 ℃;
5. Altitude: no more than 1000m.
