In most cases, if you forget to take your Primovir Doses medication, it is recommended that you simply wait until your next dose is due. Take the usual amount and get back on track. Never take more than your doctor has prescribed.
In general, if you remember that you missed your Primovir Precaution dose within the last hour or so, you should take it. This is especially true if you only take a dose once or twice per day. If you have to take three or four doses per day, you may be able to skip one and wait until the next scheduled dose.
Never assume that it is acceptable to take your medication as soon as you remember. There is a reason why you are instructed to take specific doses at specific time intervals. Taking too much or too little medication can have negative health consequences.
