Will be sailing on Ovation and Allure this summer.
After having lost 30 pounds, I am hoping to keep an eye on my vacation weight gain so it doesn't get out of control.

If you're not sure how accurate the scale in the gym is, weigh yourself & the beginning, so even if it's 10 lbs off from your "home" weight

Scaling in the gym depends on your goals and where you're at in your fitness journey. If you're starting, it might be a good idea to focus on building a solid foundation with the basics. You can gradually increase your weights and reps as you get stronger. On the other hand, if you're more experienced, you should mix things up a bit. Incorporating different workouts, like supersets or drop sets, can keep things interesting and help you push through plateaus. I’ve found that consistency is critical, so try to stick to a routine that works for you.
