Jim Corbett National Park Resort India
Jim Corbett National Park, one of India's oldest
parks, is located in Uttarakhand. It was originally named Hailey National
Park in 1936, but later changed to Jim Corbett after a British Indian hunter,
tracker and conservationist, who played an important role in the park's establishment. The
park covers an area of 520 square kilometres and is known for its diversity of
wildlife including tigers, Elephants, Leopards.
The park is divided up into zones that each offer
unique landscapes and wildlife-viewing opportunities. Visitors can explore
this park on jeep safaris or elephant safaris. They can also take guided walks
with naturalists. Landscapes range from dense forest and grasslands, to
rivers and marshes. This provides habitats for many species.
Corbett National Park Corbett is not only beautiful

first national park in India, it has served as an example for conservation
