Hello from Toronto. I need some advice. We are planning to build an office building. The project has been developed, but not yet approved. Can you tell me if it is possible to order 3D-visualization of the exterior and is it necessary to do it?

Often you can draw conclusions about the future appearance of the building without visualization. So, to be honest, I don't see much point in spending time and money on it. It's not cheap, I guess

It's actually not that expensive a service. But it will give you an accurate understanding of what you're going to end up with. I believe that it is simply necessary, otherwise there is a great risk that at the end of construction work you suddenly realize that the building looks quite different from what you had imagined.
